Account deletion
Delete your Apollo account
Apollo Invoicing is an invoicing and point-of-sale app published on Google Play by Studio 404 d.o.o. This page explains how to delete your Apollo account and what happens to your data.
The same account works in the Android app, the iOS app and the Apollo web app, so deleting it ends your access everywhere.
Last updated: 27 September 2026.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Apollo Invoicing app and sign in.
- Open Settings and tap Delete account. If you have not created an organization yet, tap Delete account at the bottom of the organization screen.
- Confirm with Delete account.
Your login is disabled immediately, you are signed out on all devices and your deletion request is recorded. If the app asks you to sign in again first, sign out, sign in and repeat the steps.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@getapollo.io from the email address of your Apollo account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you cannot write from that address, tell us which account you mean; we will ask you to confirm that it is yours before we delete anything. We handle the request in the same way as a deletion in the app and reply within one month.
What we delete
We delete or anonymise:
- your user profile: name, email address, phone number and profile settings;
- your sign-in data: password, passkeys, two-factor settings and linked Google or Apple sign-in (if you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Apollo's access to your Apple ID);
- all sessions and access tokens, which stop working immediately;
- sign-up campaign data and other personal data that we are not required by law to keep.
Your login is disabled as soon as you confirm. For 30 days you can still ask us by email for an export of your data; we then delete your personal data within 90 days, as described in section 9 of our privacy policy.
What we keep, and for how long
- issued and fiscalised invoices and other documents, with their audit trail and fiscalisation evidence;
- statutory exports and accounting records, including payment records;
- the invoices and payment records of your Apollo subscription.
We keep these records for the period required by tax and accounting law, and then delete them. They can contain personal data, such as your name or tax number.
We also keep a record of your deletion request as proof that we carried it out. Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation.
Deleting your user account does not delete the organizations you work in. Their business data, such as customers, items and documents, stays available to the organization's other users. If you also want the data of an organization you manage deleted, say so in your email; records that the law requires us to keep are kept as described above.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete customers, items and other records you no longer need directly in Apollo. You can also ask us to delete specific personal data by writing to support@getapollo.io. Issued invoices are kept until the statutory retention period ends.
Changed your mind?
Until the deletion is completed, you can write to support@getapollo.io and we will restore your access. Once the deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored.
