JIR and ZKI
The unique invoice identifier (JIR) and the issuer's protection code (ZKI) are printed on every invoice.
FINA fiscalization
Apollo fiscalizes your cash and card invoices with FINA in real time, for B2C and B2B, and prints the required codes and a HUB3 payment barcode on each invoice.

What fiscalization requires
Fiscalization applies to invoices paid in cash, by card, or by similar means, for consumers and businesses alike. Apollo runs it in the background when you issue the invoice. Invoices paid by bank transfer are not fiscalized.
The unique invoice identifier (JIR) and the issuer's protection code (ZKI) are printed on every invoice.
A verification QR code is added to the invoice PDF automatically.
For B2B invoices, Apollo records the recipient's OIB (tax number), as the regulations require.
Business premises and devices
Fiscalization requires registered premises and devices, with consistent invoice numbering.
Each device and business premise can have its own numbering sequence, as the regulations require.
Running several locations? You can also use one numbering sequence across all of them.
Customers pay by scanning a HUB3 barcode instead of typing in payment details.
Who this is for
Apollo automates fiscalization; your business remains responsible for correct tax settings.
What businesses ask before turning on fiscalization.
It's the recipient's tax number, which the regulations require on B2B invoices. Apollo records it on every fiscalized B2B invoice.
If the B2B invoice is settled in cash or by card, yes — with the recipient's OIB recorded. Invoices paid by bank transfer are not subject to fiscalization.
Yes. Apollo adds a HUB3 payment barcode to the invoice, so customers can pay by scanning it.
Not yet. Apollo supports FINA fiscalization and Peppol/UBL e-invoices to business customers. E-invoicing to the Croatian state system is not part of this page.
