What is Apollo?
Apollo is a web application for creating invoices, quotes, proforma invoices, credit notes, and managing payments for B2B and B2C businesses.
Is Apollo free?
You can try every feature free for 14 days, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the Simple, Advanced, or Pro plan.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your email, enter your company details, and start invoicing. It takes less than 3 minutes.
Does Apollo support VAT workflows?
Yes. Apollo supports reusable tax rates, VAT-friendly invoice details, EU VAT checks for cross-border work, and accounting exports.
What types of documents can I create?
Invoices, proforma invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, and quotes. Every document includes a professional PDF with your logo.
Which PDF layout do Portuguese invoices use?
Portuguese documents use one fixed, certified PDF layout with your company details and logo, so template selection is not available in Portugal.
How does Apollo send invoices?
In Portugal you download documents as PDF and share them with your customer. Apollo sends payment reminders by email and supports API or webhook workflows when your own system drives invoicing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored on European servers. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see it.
Does Apollo work on mobile devices?
Yes. The web app works well on phones and tablets, so you can invoice from anywhere.
How do I contact support?

How does Apollo handle data security?
