What is Apollo?
Apollo is a web application for creating invoices, quotes, proforma invoices, credit notes, and managing payments. It is designed for freelancers, sole proprietors, and small businesses, with US sales-tax estimate helpers where lookup data is available.
Is Apollo free?
You can try every feature free for 14 days, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the Simple, Advanced, or Pro plan.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your email, enter your company details, and start invoicing. It takes less than 3 minutes.
Does Apollo support US sales-tax review?
Apollo supports ZIP-code sales-tax estimate lookup for US entities where data is available. Estimated rates are helper data and should be verified before issuing documents.
What types of documents can I create?
Invoices, proforma invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, and quotes. Every document includes a professional PDF with your logo.
Can I customize invoice templates?
Yes. Pick a professional template, then adjust the colors, logo, and layout to match your brand.
How do sales-tax estimates work?
Apollo can show ZIP-code rate estimates with state, county, city, and special-rate components where available. Your team reviews the rate before using it on issued documents.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored on European servers. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see it.
Does Apollo work on mobile devices?
Yes. The web app works well on phones and tablets, so you can invoice from anywhere.
How do I contact support?

Does Apollo support AI assistants and MCP?

How does Apollo handle data security?
