What is Apollo?
Apollo is a web app for creating invoices, quotes, and proforma invoices and for keeping track of payments. It's built for freelancers, sole proprietors, and small businesses, with compliance support for 46+ countries.
Is Apollo free?
You can try every feature free for 14 days, no credit card required. After the trial, choose the Simple, Advanced, or Pro plan.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your email, enter your company details, and start invoicing. It takes less than 3 minutes.
Does Apollo support Italian VAT regimes?
Yes. Apollo supports the ordinario (RF01) and forfettario (RF19) regimes. For RF19 sellers, qualifying domestic lines get 0% VAT with nature N2.2 and the "art. 1, commi da 54 a 89, Legge n. 190/2014" reference filled in automatically.
What types of documents can I create?
Invoices, proforma invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, quotes, and FatturaPA e-invoices sent through SdI. Every document includes a professional Italian courtesy PDF with your logo, partita IVA, and codice fiscale.
Does Apollo handle conservazione a norma?
No, conservazione sostitutiva (the 10-year legal archiving obligation) is not included. Your invoices, credit notes, and the SdI receipts for each document stay available in your Apollo account, but arranging statutory long-term archiving is still your responsibility.
How does Apollo send Italian e-invoices?
Create the invoice or credit note as usual; Apollo builds the FatturaPA FPR12 file, validates the VAT and totals, and sends it to the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) over an accredited channel. The document then shows the SdI outcome — consegnata, scartata, or mancata consegna — with the receipt details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored on European servers. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see it.
Does Apollo work on mobile devices?
Yes. The web app works well on phones and tablets, so you can invoice from anywhere.
How do I contact support?

Does Apollo support AI assistants and MCP?

How does Apollo handle data security?
Your data is encrypted and stored on European servers. Our public Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is linked from the Security & trust page.
