Is Apollo free?
Apollo offers a 14-day free trial of all features — no credit card required. After the trial, choose between our Simple, Advanced, or Pro plan to continue.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your email, enter your company details, and you can start issuing invoices. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes.
Does Apollo support tax compliance?
Yes. Apollo supports local tax compliance where available. Invoices are prepared in line with the requirements of the relevant tax authority.
What types of documents can I create?
Invoices, proforma invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, quotes, and structured exports where supported. Every document includes a professional PDF with your logo.
Can I customize invoice templates?
Absolutely. Choose from professional templates, customize colors, add your logo, and adjust the layout to match your brand.
How do German structured invoice exports work?
Create the invoice as usual, review the customer and VAT data, then export XRechnung or ZUGFeRD files where supported. Delivery remains under your team's control.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored on European servers. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see it.
Does Apollo work on mobile devices?
Yes. The web application is fully responsive for mobile devices. You can create invoices from your phone or tablet.
