Yes. Apollo supports reusable tax rates, VAT-friendly invoice details, EU VAT checks for cross-border work, and accounting exports.
What types of documents can I create?
Invoices, proforma invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, and quotes. Every document includes a professional PDF with your logo.
Can I customize invoice templates?

How does Apollo send invoices?
Apollo sends invoices and reminders by email, keeps document history clear, and supports API or webhook workflows when your own system drives invoicing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored on European servers. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see it.
