Set up Apollo in your AI app

This guide is for Apollo users who want a simple setup path. Add the Apollo connector URL, sign in to approve access, and start asking invoice questions in chat.

Find your Apollo connector URL

Sign in to Apollo and open Settings → Integrations → AI assistants. Copy the Apollo connector URL, or use the URL below.

Open your AI app

Open an AI app that supports remote MCP connections with OAuth. Add a custom connector using the Apollo URL below. Marketplace availability varies by provider.

Add the Apollo MCP connection

Start the connection and sign in to Apollo when prompted. Select your business and environment, then approve read-only access. You do not need to create or paste an API key.

Start asking real questions

Ask for overdue invoices, payment status, customer balances, or draft invoice help in plain language.

Default access

Read-only, limited to the business and environment you approve

Optional write access

Read/write consent allows permitted changes, such as creating draft invoices. Your current Apollo role still applies.

Apollo’s dedicated connector is hosted on the Space Invoices platform. The URL above connects to Apollo; sign-in and consent bind it to your selected business and environment.

Changing or removing access?

Manage and revoke connections in Apollo Settings → Integrations. To grant write access later, reconnect and approve read/write access with a suitable Apollo role. Review proposed changes before approving them, especially actions that send documents or affect third parties.

* Apollo does not expose your user data to AI systems by default. AI access is only available if you explicitly configure it. Apollo is GDPR-compliant.
