WooCommerce invoices
Connect your WooCommerce store to Apollo and orders come in on their own. For paid orders Apollo issues the invoice, records the payment and emails it to the customer, and in Slovenia it also fiscalizes the invoice with FURS.

How it works
You start the connection in Apollo and approve it in your WooCommerce store. Apollo then sets up notifications for new and updated orders.
In Apollo's integration settings, add a WooCommerce store with its HTTPS address, including the WordPress subdirectory if there is one.
Apollo sends you to the approval screen in your store. Once you approve, you return to Apollo.
It registers webhooks for new and updated orders in your store, so orders arrive as they happen.
Every imported order shows in Apollo with its status, payment and linked invoice. You can also sync orders from the store by hand.
Order data
Apollo builds the invoice from the WooCommerce order data and checks that the amounts add up before issuing it.
Products, shipping and order fees carry over as invoice lines, together with discounts.
Apollo uses the tax rates on the WooCommerce order.
If the lines do not add up to the order total or a tax rate is missing, Apollo does not issue the invoice and marks the order with the reason.
Apollo matches the buyer to an existing customer by email address or adds them as a new customer with their billing address.
Issuing rules
Rules are set per store, and you can change them at any time in the integration settings.
For a paid order Apollo issues the invoice and records the payment on it.
For an unpaid bank-transfer order Apollo first prepares an estimate and issues the invoice from it once the order is paid. If you prefer, the invoice is issued right away.
The invoice is created once the order is paid or completed, not when it is placed.
Apollo emails the invoice to the address on the order. When an order is fully refunded, it voids the invoice.
FURS fiscalization
An invoice from an order is a regular Apollo invoice: it follows the same rules and the same numbering as the invoices you issue by hand.
With fiscalization turned on, Apollo fiscalizes store invoices with FURS using the business premise and electronic device you choose, or the first active pair if you choose none.
A fiscalized invoice carries the same FURS data as any other fiscalized Apollo invoice.
Until a business premise and electronic device are set up, Apollo does not issue the invoice and marks the order as failed with the reason.
